EAT WELL

As a rule of thumb, weight loss is generally 75 percent diet and 25 percentexercise. An analysis of more than 700 weight loss studies found that people see the biggest short-term results when they eat smart.

SLEEP WELL

Good sleepers tend to eat fewer calories, have better concentration, are more productive, and are overall more healthy than those who cheat on getting enough shut-eye. Poor sleep is also linked to depression and increased inflammation. Such an easy way to improve your health, relationships, and results when coming to our spa. Get some rest;)

PLAY WELL

There's a lot of evidence out there proving that fun diversions contribute to good health. People who engage in hobbies enjoy better moods, feel more interested, and have less stress and lower heart rates—even hours after the recreation time. In fact, many studies prove that adults who engage in “childlike” hobbies such as dancing, hiking, and coloring are much less stressed and enjoy better overall health and relationships.

So remember to take the time this season to get your heart and your skin ready for the fabulous warm months. Head to the farmer’s market, opt for water instead of soda, run and play like a child, then get to bed on time. Your face will glow and your soul will shine!
